George Kousoulides is a member of United Scenic Artists since 1979, Hugo Gellert a founding member of U.S.A. was a personal friend. Hugo was a renowned W.P.A. Mosaic muralist very active in the leading Art and Political movements of the 30's and 40's and counted historical figures; Diego Rivera, Frida Khalo and Ben Shahn as friends and colleagues, Hugo lived into his nineties. George began his Scenic experience as a graduate of Parsons school of Design and learned about the Scenic field through Hugo.
