Allison Rachel Frosh, but born as Luciana Stefan, in Slobozia, Romania on June 1, 1991. She was born right after the dictator of Romania was killed and thousands of babies were left by mothers who wanted to but could not take care of them. At the end of June 1991, Allison's adopted parents found her through an agency. Her soon to be adopted parents also found her brother, Jason, who was from a different family. Several months later, she was brought back to the states, and resided in Maryland, right outside of Washington, DC.The separation from her birth mother was trauma as much as being in America with a family that could "care" a great beginning. From a young age she knew she was adopted and understood the concept of adoption. Her unique look was frequently made fun of in the rich suburban area she went to elementary and middle school in. Unique wasn't a good thing, it was something to pick at. Needless to say, those first years were very rough. When she hit 13 she started running away and acting out which put her under the category of being a "high risk adolescent". Her adopted parents weren't sure how to help so they sent her away to residential treatment programs around the country. There was one thing though that she always had interest from a young age. Whether it was choreographing a dance, a skit, being in plays at school, writing scripts for the plays, singing in choir, and modeling was always something that made her happy. She knew she was good at all of those things, she had a natural talent, but was full of fear to fully pursue it. In treatment she was always handed a notebook to journal so writing was something that came natural and she truly enjoyed to do. In group sessions with the therapists and other kids, when they would talk about their life and past, she was told many times her life could be a movie and how she could be an actress. She knew that was true, but wasn't quite ready because her story wasn't finished. When Allison turned 21, she packed her stuff and moved to LA to pursue her dreams, but she didn't plan. Within the first month she was there a lot of tragic stuff happened once again. She felt as though her life was going to continually be horrible even when she finally tried to do well. Resorting to drugs one last time, ending up in jail 5 times, almost getting killed and making it out alive, Allison hit her bottom. Almost 2 years later she moved back to Maryland. Several months later Allison got pregnant. This was a life changer, this was the best thing that had ever happened. She held the thought of finally meeting someone that was her blood, actually her family. Hailey Sophia Fitch was born and Allison was happier than ever. After having her child and started modeling and acting again. She got signed to an agency and has attended amazing events where she has been able to network and potentially change her future. She has decided to tell her story through a film, to take control into her own hands. She made the point to be an autodidact and learn about film, screenwriting, and acting. Connecting with people that see her potential and drive and are willing to help build her up instead of bring her down. She has been an actress on MTV, been on a cover of a national magazine. One of Allison's goals was to fill her void, to find her missing pieces; her birth family. After a year of looking she did. She got to see her birth parents and 1 of her 7 siblings over Skype. March of 2016 Allison went to Romania and met her family for the first time. Most recently, Allison recently booked her first lead role in a feature filmed produced by Lafayette Pictures. She was shocked to be offered one of the lead roles, and of course said yes. It helped her realize that she was really talents and is a true actress whom will continue to perfect her craft. Nevertheless, the common theme in Allison's story and life, even now, is having faith and NEVER GIVING UP no matter how painful life can get. No matter how much people will deliberately try to hurt you, even when you are doing well, you have to keep trudging. That her purpose is to help others through what she loves.
