Amir Ohebsion is an award-winning writer and producer based in Los Angeles. His first feature screenplay, "The Apology," won the grand prize at Slamdance, and his second, "Dragomir," placed in the Academy's Nicholl Fellowship. Amir joined forces with comedian Maz Jobrani to write and produce the feature "Jimmy Vestvood: Amerikan Hero" which won the Comedy Vanguard Feature Jury Award as well as the Audience Award at the 2014 Austin Film Festival. In addition to writing and producing for the screen, Amir has staged several satirical plays including "Death, A Very Serious Comedy" and "The Belind Date" both of which premiered in LA at the prestigious Wilshire Ebell Theatre. As of August 2019, Amir has two projects in development: the neo noir LA thriller, "CRTL+ALT+DEL" and "Deconstructing Radha," a darkly fantastical dramedy which is currently in the running for the Nicholl Fellowship. - IMDb Mini Biography By: anonymous
